Could you use Life Coaching?
Sometimes we feel like aspects of our lives are not going the way we’d like, and we are unsure of what we want or how to get “there”.
A life coach is a guide, confidant, and accountability partner who encourages and assists in identifying life goals and helps create achievable steps to get there. Life Coaching is available for individuals, either as a one time, or on a recurring basis. Sessions may be conducted in person or remotely via Zoom. The suggested donation is $45 for a 25-minute session, or $90 for a 50-minute session; multi-session packages (discounted) are available.
For further information, or to schedule an appointment, contact Mary & Joseph Retreat Center at 310.377.4867, ext. 221.
