Valeria Chow – Life Coach, Facilitator

The first time Valeria Chow stepped into American Martyrs Church was for 5pm Mass on Easter Sunday. Monsignor Barry gave his homily and then proceeded to pull out a stuffed toy that sang, and she knew she had to come back. Eventually, she did and became an official member of AMC in 2021.

Wanting community after the craziness of COVID, Valeria attended the Women’s Cornerstone Retreat in 2022 and felt called to participate even further in this ministry and was enlisted as the Emcee for the 2023 Cornerstone Retreat weekend.

Outside of Martyrs, Valeria is a Life Coach and Chef. Along her journey she was presented with the opportunity to become a Grateful Gathering facilitator. She now hosts monthly Grateful Gatherings – at the Mary & Joseph Retreat Center. Valeria also supports Yvonne Amantea with the Bereavement Support Group ministry.
