Living in Hope: An 8-Day Silent Retreat
A Time for Reflection, Prayer, and Spiritual Renewal
Hope is the light that guides us through uncertainty, the anchor that steadies us in times of challenge. This year’s retreat, “Living in Hope,” offers a sacred space to deepen your faith, rediscover inner peace, and embrace the quiet confidence that comes from trusting in God’s plan. Rooted in the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius, this traditional silent retreat provides time for personal reflection, solitude, and prayer. Through scripture meditation and spiritual direction, participants are invited to be attentive to the inner movements of the Holy Spirit and to cultivate a spirit of hope in their daily lives.

Retreat Highlights:

  • Daily Scripture-Based Conference – Engage in guided reflections centered on the theme of hope and spiritual renewal.
  • Individual Spiritual Direction – Receive one-on-one guidance from an experienced spiritual director.
  • Daily Eucharistic Celebration – Strengthen your faith through the celebration of the Holy Mass.

Optional Evening Activities:

  • Labyrinth Walk – A meditative journey toward peace and renewal.
  • Video Reconciliation Service – Reflect on God’s mercy and the power of forgiveness.
  • Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament – Spend quiet time in adoration and contemplation.

Participants are encouraged to bring a journal for personal reflection.
